Aldert Ouwendyk, of Mount Forest, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, May 22nd, 2019 in his 79th year. Beloved husband of May Ouwendyk (nee Gordon), and the late Doneen Ouwendyk (nee Pyle). Loving father of Albert Ouwendyk and his wife Shelly, Kenneth Ouwendyk and his wife Josie, Lesley Walker and Barrie King. Cherished grandpa of Alexus Ouwendyk, Ryan King and Adam King. Predeceased by son Keith Ouwendyk and son-in-law Ken Walker. Al enjoyed woodworking in his spare time. He loved constructing muskoka chairs, bird houses and windmills. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Al’s life will be held at Mount Forest Pentecostal Church, 259 Fergus Street South, Mount Forest on Tuesday, May 28th at 11 a.m., with visitation at the church from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations to Mount Forest Pentecostal Church or Cancer Patient Services would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest.
