Harvey Moyer

Harvey Joseph Moyer, of Mount Forest, passed away at the Louise Marshall Hospital, Mount Forest on Friday, February 3^rd, 2017, in his 75^th year.  Beloved husband of Rene Moyer.  Loving father of Brian Moyer and his wife Laurie of Mount Forest, Debbie and her husband Tom Shupe of Mount Forest, Tracey and her husband Steve Cottingham of Waterloo, stepchildren Connie and the late Jim George of Mount Forest and Kenny Higgins of Mississauga.  Cherished grandfather of Tye, MacKenzie, Krystal, Brittany, Heather, Grant, Ben and Christine and her husband Dave.  Great-grandfather of Jacob, Emma, Cassandra and Sarah.  Survived by his twin sister Thelma and her husband Joe Van Osch of Lucknow, his brother Percy Moyer and his wife Kathy of Ayton and his sister Doris Caughlin of Pinewood, Ontario.  Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.  Friends may call at the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest on Sunday, February 5^th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m., where a vigil prayer service will be held at 8 p.m.  A mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Mary of the Purification Catholic Church, Mount Forest on Monday morning at 11 o’clock.  Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.  As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Cancer Patient Services or St. Mary’s Catholic Church would be appreciated by the family.  Online condolences may be left at www.englandfuneralhome.com
