McCready, Clarence; at Saugeen Valley Nursing Centre, Mount Forest on Thursday May 8, 2008. Clarence Charles McCready of Mount Forest, formerly of Elora in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of the late Evelyn (Whetham) McCready. Loved father of Ron McCready & wife Diana of Dawson City, Yukon. Dear brother of Jean Maude of Guelph and Marjorie Fox & husband Norm of Calgary. Dear brother-in-law of Della Ellis of Mount Forest, Yvonne Weber & husband Ron of Normanby Township , Jim Whetham & wife Lois of Minto Township, Merv Whetham & Valerie of West Bank, B.C. and Ross MacDonald of Mount Forest. Also survived by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister Mary Taylor & husband Bill, brothers-in-law Bill Maude, Lyle Whetham, Gordon McQueen, Russell Ellis, Jim Grills and sisters-in-law Ruth McQueen, Iva MacDonald, Roxy Grills and Grace Whetham. Friends may call at the Hendrick Funeral Home, Mount Forest on Monday May 12th from 10:00a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11:00a.m. Reception to follow at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Mount Forest. Interment at Belsyde Cemetery, Fergus on Monday at 2:00p.m. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
