Condolences

To Casey's family.. My mother Myrtle Irvin has also been a resident of the Lodge and she and your dad shared the Kitchener News paper for a long while and when Mom couldn't get her t.v remote figured out, your Dad would come and help her out as her room was just a couple doors from his. I would always stop and chat with your dad when I would be visiting my Mom and I knew that he has been failing this past few months. My sisters and I will sure miss seeing him in his favourite chair in the hallway watching t.v. He was so well liked due to his friendly personality and easy going way. Our heartfelt sympathies to each of you. My sister helped him up to his room as he was having trouble with his chair on the Sunday just before he was taken to the hospital and so she was quite upset when we got the news. Myrtle Irvin and family.(Marg Stortz)
