I am so sorry to have been away during this time and thankful that Jan McInnes was able to help with the service. Ruth was a sweet lady and I visited her often at Saugeen. When she was in Frieburger's always a smile and hello and at church. It was hard to see her fade away like that. May the Lord comfort you all at this time. Sincerely, Rev Nan

Dear Carol, My sincere condolences on the loss of your beloved mother. When we lose people we love, a light goes out and our own lives shrink a little. I am thinking about you and your family at this time, and am hoping that your mother is now at peace as she takes her well deserved rest. Sincerely, Cindy (Harris).

Carol, such sad news.Aunt Ruthie, the red hair, fair skin, thoes merry twinkling eyes, the happy laugh that is what I remember. My double aunt. So many memories, the singing, the stories, as small children we were so lucky to watch our happy healthy parents in action. We are so fortunate to have these memories, Aunt Doreen banging on the piano, Uncle Ed on the guitar, your father and mom singing, mom playing the harmonica, dad tending bar. These images are the ones I will carry around with me. Thinking of you Carol, you are one strong lady
