Garbutt, Norman; at Trillium Health Centre, Mississauga on Tuesday October 12, 2010. Norman Arthur Garbutt formerly of Mount Forest in his 85th year. Loved father of Jim Garbutt & wife Lynn of Dunsford and Karen Plume & husband Morley of Mount Forest. Loving grandfather of Erin, Michael and Bryan Garbutt and Julie, Lisa and Laura Plume. Dear brother of Doreen Cheeseman & husband John of Mount Forest and brother-in-law of Marie Garbutt of Tennessee and Jean Garbutt of Brampton. Survived also by his nephew and many nieces. Predeceased by brothers Clarence, Lou, Harold and Murray Garbutt and sister Vera Clarkson. Friends may call at the Hendrick Funeral Home, Mount Forest on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00p.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday October 16th at 11:00a.m Interment at Mount Forest Cemetery. My condolences to the Garbutt Family on the loss of your Dad/Grandfather. He will be missed by a lot of the residents of 2250 SouthMillway, Mississauga. He was a good natured man and fun to chat with. My parents lived in the building until they passed away in 2007 and 2008 so I used to hang-out with the group in the lobby with my Mother. That is how I knew Norman. Our prayers are with you all during this difficult time.
