Arnott Armstrong
Arnott Franklin Armstrong, of Harriston and formerly of Normanby Township, passed away at Hospice Wellington, Guelph on Saturday, May 30th, 2020.  Beloved husband of Myrna (nee Scarrow).  Loving father of Douglas Armstrong and his wife Wendy, Joanne Grant, James Armstrong and his wife Kathy, Glenna Armstrong, Nancy and her husband Ken Best, and Ken Armstrong and his wife Karen.  Cherished grandfather of Amy, Cara, Ethan, Jaime, Ryan, Erin, Lisa, Tracy, Ian, Chris, Cody, Clayton, Holt, and Madison.  Great-grandfather of 8.  Dear brother of Isabel and her husband Ross Matthews, Joyce and her husband Lyle Smith, and Donna and her husband Wim de Munnik.  Also remembered by his sister-in-law Pat Scarrow, and his nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by his parents Franklin and Hazel Armstrong, his sisters Helen and her late husband Dennis Martin, Marjorie Armstrong, his son-in-law Kirk Grant, his grandson Andrew, and his brothers-in-law Gerald Scarrow and his late wife Shirley, and Bill Scarrow.  A private graveside service will be held at Cochrane Cemetery.  As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Hospice Wellington or Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.  Arrangements entrusted to England Funeral Home, Mount Forest.
