Anderson, Bill; at Louise Marshall Hospital, Mount Forest on Wednesday May 7, 2008 after a brief illness. William Fairweather Anderson, born in Thunder Bay (Fort William), in his 86th year. Husband of Marjorie (Parks). Loved father of Glenn (Sandra), Douglas (Susanne), and Barbara. Will be greatly missed by grandchildren Lindsey, Samantha, Caitlyn and Timothy, sister Marilyn Paxton and many nephews and nieces. Predeceased by first wife Joan (Dickson) and son David. Captain Anderson was a WW2 veteran and served 28 years with the Royal Canadian Air Force and Canadian Forces and retired after 17 years with the City of Kitchener as Operations Supervisor. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Bill 's life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 134, Mount Forest on Friday may 16th at 1:00p.m. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or a charity of your choice in lieu of flowers would be appreciated by the family.
