Sarah Stroud

STROUD, Sarah – Peacefully, but suddenly at her residence on Monday, December 6, 2021 in her 80th year.  Predeceased by her husband Brian Stroud (2006).

Loving mother of Sally Brouwer and her husband Nick of Mount Forest, Suzanne Bomholt of Parry Sound, Brian Stroud and his wife Kim of Burlington, and Sean Stroud of Mount Forest.

Loving Nanny of Brian Stroud, Nick Brouwer (Monique), Matt Brouwer (Jamie Taylor), Bryan Bomholt (Susan), Brad Bomholt, Brandon Bomholt, Hailey Stroud, and Elise Stroud; and great-grandmother of Brenna Stroud, Cole Stroud, Quinn Taylor, Bryan Bomholt Jr., and Baylee Bomholt.

Sarah will be sadly missed by her sister Lana McDonald, her daughter-in-law Tina Rowley, her nieces Cathleen and Stacey McDonald as well as many other nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. 

At Sarah’s request, cremation has taken place and a private celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Sarah are asked to consider the Canadian Mental Health Association.  Arrangements entrusted to the England Funeral Home.
