Greetings with empathy

I’m the second oldest brother of Elaine’s (Dad was Jim)
Life is linear, a start birth … experiences … the end death.

I can’t say that we share more than what I learned from my parents or family members. With death the possibility is no longer available.

All things happen in God’s time.
Cherish your good memories and release the poorer, we learn from one another.

Despite broken-hearted loss
Have your best day

Ray was one of those people who made me smile every time I saw him. Even as a little kid, seeing Ray at church was always a highlight- always smiling, sometimes might give you a little wack with his cane, just to keep you on your toes. Throughout the years he continued to make me laugh either through his driving skills whipping out of the parking lot or catching him sneaking a deal out of turn, he had a knack for getting away with things and leaving you smiling after he did it, classic Irish charm. He was a pillar of the community, I can't even count the number of times seeing Ray in the paper or reading about his euchre wins during card nights. My sincerest condolences to all of the Horrigan family, he was a truly special man and I feel extremely lucky to have been able to have known him.

Dear Mary (Parker) and family,
My condolences and prayers to you on the passing of Ray.
Ray was such a strength to our family when our dad passed.
He was always there to drive us to Toronto to visit dad in the hospital.
He never failed to drop by our home to play cards with my mom and our youngest sister Patti and cousin Sherri.
His boisterous laughter put all of us in great moods when we needed it most!

Thank you Ray! You will always be remembered as a true friend to the Corvari Family!

Pat, Carl, and Families: Please accept our heartfelt thoughts with Ray’s recent passing. I will always cherish our conversations ln the Elmira arena when Nick was playing with the Sugar Kings. Ray had a very calm demeanour even when the on-ice Officials were making it tough for him keep his poise! You sure gave it a good run and now it’s time for a long rest.
