My sincere condolences to Eddie’s family. I met him years ago at the Saugeen Nursing home and up to his current residence at Strathcona. I visit my Mom every other day with my dog Lucy and would have a quick visit with Eddie as well in the tv room or in the dining room. He would just light up and giggle when he saw the dog and I loved to tickle him with one of his puppies. He is greatly missed by all the residents and staff but is in a better place. God bless.

My thoughts and condolences are with Joan and Grandma tonight. Eddie may be gone from our sight, but not from our hearts. While I only got the chance to know Eddie while a little while I was younger, I remember he was always curious and full of joy. I remember talking with him and how easy it was go get a laugh from him. I know now, that he is with family who loves and care for him. Rest in Peace

Dear Eddie's Family... I met Eddie when I volunteered at Saugeen Valley Nursing Centre. His smile would light up the darkest room and that I will remember him for. Please accept my condolences in your loss.
