O’DONNELL, James “Jim” “Smiley” - It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of James O'Donnell on Wednesday, January 25, 2023. Jim passed away peacefully and unexpectedly at home at the ripe age of 60. He leaves behind to mourn his three daughters: Krista (Shawn) Ellin of Espanola, Ashley (Kevin) Williams of Espanola, and Kortney (Bryce) O'Donnell of Kitchener. Beloved grandfather of Zachary, Nickolas, Liam, Wyatt and Declan. Loving partner of Georgina. Survived by his siblings: Donna, Julia (Paul), and Joseph (Deborah). Predeceased by his parents Catherine (2019) and Robert (2020) O'Donnell. He will be greatly missed by his four nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. His infectious smile will live in our hearts forever.
The celebration of life will be held at England Funeral Home, 294 Main Street South, Mount Forest, on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 1:00 p.m., with visitation from 12:00-12:45 p.m. Private interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Kenilworth. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Jim are asked to consider Heart and Stroke Foundation.
