When I first started at Waste Management (WM) back in 2009, Dagmar was one of the people I spoke on the phone with quite often. She was always so helpful and knowledgeable about the processes and her drivers. She was cheerful and efficient. I was thrilled when she took the leap to sales. She was great at helping her customers, too! Her many years of experience made a huge difference to every one. For the newer staff, she never failed to lend a hand or offer perspective or insight. I would often start an email to her, "Can I pick your brain?" Reading the news about her passing really made me reflect on how Dagmar helped me be a better WM employee. I know I was super lucky to have learned from her. I feel certain that this sentiment will be echoed by most of her WM coworkers. I am also sure our loss pales in comparison to that of her family. I am so very sorry for your loss; however, I also am sure you were all so very blessed to have been able to have Dagmar leave such an indelible impact on your hearts and minds. She will be watching out for you all, always.

I know she will be missed by everyone who knew her both in her private life and also her Waste Management family as well. Fly high my dear <3 you have earned your wings <3 RIP sweetie <3
