McDONALD, Linda – Unexpectedly at the Palmerston and District Hospital, on Monday, June 5, 2023 in her 73rd year. Beloved wife of Doug, together for over 44 years. Cherished mother of Kenny Grightmire, Dwayne McDonald (Doreen), Paul McDonald (Sarah), and Heather Keefe (Clayton). Loving grandmother of Brandon, Cody, A.J., Tamara, Zoey, Amelia, and Hunter, and great-grandmother of Audrianna, Adelynn, and Chloe. Dear sister of Murray (Caroline), Barry (Bonnie), Kathy, and Karen.

She will be missed by her nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends. 

Linda and Doug wintered in Florida, enjoying the sunshine and fun times with friends. They also had the pleasure of taking many cruises together, and they loved spending time on their own boat. Above all else, Linda adored her family and the cherished memories made together. 

Visitation will be held at the England Funeral Home, 294 Main Street South, Mount Forest, on Friday, June 9th from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., and on Saturday, June 10th from 12:00 – 12:45 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Cremation to follow. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Linda are asked to consider the Palmerston and District Hospital Foundation.
