— Linda Sinclair, September 2, 2024A true loss to Cynthia & Stacia, their families and all of Bobs family and extended families.
I first met Bob when I was 12 years old and him 24 when he commenced his law enforcement career in Mount Forest. We would later work together in policing and throughout our careers.
Bob was also a neighbor, a life long friend, brother in Blue and mentor. We had the privilege of Mary & Bob visiting us in western Canada and similarly visiting them in the great Town of Mount Forest on many occasions. Fortunately we spent nearly a week with Bob in mid-July with our motorhome parked in his driveway.
Bob bestowed great values supporting his neighbors, community and everyone he meet. He demonstrated the finest policing skills being extremely fair in his duties.
I will miss our get togethers, tastings of fine Irish ☘️ whiskey 🥃, great conversations and the many phones with such a great person and the best of a dear friend.
Our condolences to all the McIntee families and friends. I have known Bob since I was a teenager and was also in the choir with him for many years. He was a very friendly and helpful gentleman. I know he will be missed dearly. May he rest with Mary for all time.
Sincerely
Andrew and Paddy O’Brien
Sorry for your loss.
— John and. Atheist Ridgeway, September 2, 2024This is truly a sad piece of news. He was a very kind and very helpful man. Our meetings were always in one place—The Holy Cross Cemetery. He was caretaker there for many years and we often met always by chance,
as he was cutting the grass and we were tending to my parents’ gravesite. And he was so helpful when we arranged for our own plots. I looked forward to seeing him each time we went back to Mount Forest, and I will very definitely miss him.
Sending our sympathy to Bob's family and friends and wishing them the strength in the days ahead.
Our Dads were true friends and took so much pride of the care of the cemetery together. May they rest in peace.
Sincerely Diane & Bill Dineen and family
My deepest sympathy to the MacIntee family. Bob was a fixture in the community in so many avenues. He offered his services in many ways. I could always talk to Bob openly and get honest advice. My condolences to his family.
