To the whole Harper family;
We were very sorry to hear about your Dad's/Grandpa's passing. Both he and your Mom used to sit in front of us at church and were truly lovely and friendly. We missed seeing them when they were no longer able to attend. We were happily surprised to hear that your Dad was a Cameron Highlander! We hope your happy memories comfort you as you celebrate a life well lived.

Dear Harper Family,
Sorry to hear about your Dad’s passing, however, it brought back a memory when we were both at Birmingham Lodge. During an activity at Bingo one afternoon we both won the same game and had to split the winnings. We were richer by 50-75 cents each. We both had a big laugh knowing we would not be getting rich! It reminded me of Bob’s humour and what a quiet and kind man he was. My condolences to all your family.

— Dr Hugh Perrin, April 21, 2026

Uncle Bob was larger than life to me in many ways...
Not just his massive "paws" as we called his hard working hands,
Not just his big "bear" hugs where you felt his comfort and warmth,
Not just his large smile and joking laughter,
But he was larger than life with All that he shared with others, his homes, land, farms, animals, sports, music knowledge, experiences and wisdom.
With all my heart Uncle Bob thanks for just being a wonderful Uncle. 💙 Love Jackie B

Dear Ron and Nancy, Rob and Deb and families

So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. As a long term neighbour I have many fond memories of your Dad. Out in the field on his tractor my dog often followed him. Bob called him " Big Red". Such a lovely and kind man.
