MASON, Marion Frances
May 10, 1941 – May 21, 2026
It is with deep sadness and loving remembrance that the family of Marion Frances Mason announce her peaceful passing on May 21, 2026, at the age of 85.
Marion was the loving and devoted wife of Robert “Bob” Mason for 66 wonderful years, and together they built a life centered around family, friendship, and compassion for others. She found great joy in traveling throughout the Caribbean and across Europe, spending time with loved ones, watching Wheel of Fortune, and volunteering faithfully at her local church, where her kindness and generosity touched many lives.
Marion was predeceased by her parents, her sister Joyce, and her beloved daughter Kerry.
She leaves behind her loving children Laura (Mark), Christine (Bob), and Nicole (Scott). Marion was a proud and cherished grandmother to Jeremy (Arlyn), Jordan (Kelly), Rebecca (Justin), Ashleigh (Spencer), Josh (Mel), Carter, Jesse, Kylie (Bill), Mitchell (Kayla), Marissa (David), Robyn, Gillian, Erin (Hunter), Megan (Jake), and Abigayle. She was also a treasured great-grandmother to 14 beautiful great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense pride and happiness.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Rowley and all the caring staff at Louise Marshall Hospital for their compassion and support.
Marion will be lovingly remembered for her warm heart, unwavering love for her family, and the joy she brought to those around her. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who knew her.
A come-and-go celebration of Marion’s life will be held at the England Funeral Home, 294 Main Street South, Mount Forest, on Saturday, June 13th from 2:00-4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation in Marion’s memory.
