Manuel Melo

MELO, Manuel Antonio Sousa – Passed away peacefully, at the Louise Marshall Hospital on Saturday, July 20, 2026 at the age of 68.

Beloved husband of Maria Conceicao (Rodrigues) Melo of 44 years. Loving father of Michael Melo, Lori Melo and her husband Jesmond Cassar, and Philip Melo. Adored Vovô of Eliana Maria Melo Cassar. Dear brother of Antonio (Ana) Melo, Eduarda (Mario) Franco, Conceicao (Jose) Ferreira, Maria Jose (Manuel) Batista, and Maria Isabel Melo.  Manuel will be missed by his nieces and nephews and their families. He was predeceased by his parents Joao and Maria Melo.

Visitation will be held at the England Funeral Home, 294 Main Street South, Mount Forest on Thursday, June 25^th from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Purification Church, 310 Parkside Drive, Mount Forest on Friday, June 26^th at 11:00 a.m.  Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 9375 Lover’s Lane, Mount Forest.
