Denis Miron
July 9, 2026

MIRON, Denis Louis - Hung up his toolbox for the last time on Thursday, July 9, 2026, passing away unexpectedly at his favorite place—his beloved "camp," Conestoga Family Campground, in his 76th year.
He leaves behind his cherished partner, Lina Molnar; his children, Brittany (Kyle) Bankes and Martin Miron; and his proud title of "Grumpy Pépère" to Leland, Payton, Josh, Nate, Haylie, Ben, Desiree, Patience, Skyla, Jessica, and Addisson. He is also lovingly remembered by his brother, Marcel (Joanne) Miron.
Denis was reunited with his parents, Ernie and Lucille Miron, and his daughter, Lucille J. Miron.
If something was broken, Denis probably had it fixed before you finished explaining the problem. A true jack of all trades, he could repair almost anything—usually with a few well-chosen words directed at the object in question. Whether it was lending a hand, sharing advice, or convincing everyone that his way was the right way (and to be fair, it often was), Denis was always there for the people he cared about. He loved camping, the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. His dogs, especially his loyal companion Togo, always held a special place in his heart. If there was a campfire, a project to tinker with, or someone who needed help, Denis wasn't far away. He leaves behind countless memories, a few mysterious "I'll fix that later" projects, and a standard of generosity that's hard to match. He'll be deeply missed, fondly remembered, and no doubt greeted on the other side with a long list of things waiting to be repaired.
Cremation has taken place. In memory of Denis, donations may be made to Diabetes Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society. Online condolences may be shared through England Funeral Home, www.englandfuneralhome.com If you knew Denis for his sense of humour, feel free to make it a little more playful or include personal jokes, sayings, or stories.
Condolences
Denis I still can't believe you're gone. I know in time I will be able find peace in the memories we have shared over the years. Your timing to get out of being "Santa" for Christmas in July was impeccable, but there was a better way.
Rest in Peace until we meet again.
