— Elwood Briese, August 15, 2026Paul meant so much to our family over the years.
He worked at Reyner Electrical construction And was more than an employee to us. He was one of the most loyal, hardworking, and dedicated people we’ve ever known. Paul and my husband built such a special friendship. I don’t think there was a day they didn’t talk—sometimes seven or ten times! He shared work, family stories, laughter, and so many jokes. Paul helped build Jans business in countless ways, and his commitment and integrity made a difference that can never be measured.
Beyond work, Paul was always there for us. He helped with so many personal projects for me and for our children, never hesitating to lend a hand. My sons are both grateful and more knowledgeable because of Paul’s work. His kindness, strength, quick wit, and wonderful sense of humour have touched all of our lives more than he could have probably realized.
We are all deeply grateful for everything Paul had done and for the friendship he has given our family. We will always cherish Paul. We will miss him forever
Rose and family you’re in our thoughts and prayers.
May your happy memories give you peace and comfort during this difficult time.

— Cathy Tohivsky, August 7, 2026Dear Rose, Owen, Jack, and Natalie, Our hearts ache for your family. It is hard to make sense of a loss like this, especially when someone so deeply loved is taken far too soon. We hope that, in time, sorrow gives way to gratitude for the many moments shared and the lasting legacy of a husband's and father's love. During our AAA Hockey time together, we will always remember seeing Paul at the rink, quietly cheering Jack on, his face lighting up with a humble smile whenever Jack found himself on a scoring streak. Those small moments spoke volumes about the pride and love he carried for his family. May the memories you hold close bring comfort in the days ahead, and may Paul's memory be a gentle light that continues to guide and comfort those he loved most.
Rose and family.
Our deepest condolences to you and your family. Fond memories of playing with Paul and his siblings when we were younger and visiting. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time.
