Sarah Brubacher (Bearinger), of RR#1 Holstein, passed away at her home on Friday, July 26th, 2019 at the age of 92 years. Wife of the late Nelson Brubacher (1999). Mother of Leah and Moses Weber of RR#1 St. Clements, Mrs. Valina Shantz of RR#1 Mount Forest, Amsey and Karen Brubacher of RR#2 Allenford, David and Karen Brubacher of Kitchener, and Elsie and James Martin of RR#1 Holstein. Mother-in-law of Erla Brubacher of Heidelberg. Also survived by 25 grandchildren and 51 great-grandchildren. Step sister-in-law of Vera Martin of Floradale. Predeceased by her parents Israel and Sarah (Bauman) Bearinger, stepmother Hannah (Martin) Bearinger, daughter Salome (1962), son Harvey (2001), sons-in-law Angus Martin (1982), David Shantz (1992), one grandchild, one great-grandchild, five sisters and two stepbrothers. Friends may call at the home of James and Elsie Martin, 123657 Southgate Road 12, RR#1 Holstein, on Saturday, July 27th from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m., and on Sunday, July 28th from 2 – 6 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday at the home of James and Elsie Martin at 9 a.m. then to Cedar View Mennonite Meeting house for burial and further services.
