Lillian Woods

Lillian Kathleen Woods (nee Didd), of Harriston, passed away at the Louise Marshall Hospital, Mount Forest on Friday, April 26^th, 2019 in her 97^th year. Beloved wife of the late Peter Woods. Loving aunt of James Didd and his wife Doris, Brenda and her husband Graham Thick, Melody and her husband Tony Inman, Nuland “Bo” Cox, Linda K. Joyner, Candi L. Cox, 13 great-nieces and nephews and 25 great-great nieces and nephews. Fondly remembered by her close friends Yvette Sarrasin, Bonnie and her husband Paul Schmitz, Carm and her husband Barry McCloskey, and Maxine and her husband Vaughn Tomlinson. Predeceased by siblings George Didd, Violet Cox, nephews Keith Hughes, and Darrell Cox. Lill was a talented craft creator and received many awards for her needlepoint and ceramics. She was a successful show dog owner and breeder of Nexus Lam Kam Chin (Casper) Canadian and American Champion. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service celebrating Lill’s life will be held at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
