Joan Daciuk

Joan Daciuk (nee McQuinn), of Mount Forest and formerly of Cambridge, passed away at the Louise Marshall Hospital on Friday, March 16^th, 2018 in her 84^th year.  Beloved wife of Tony Daciuk for 58 years.  Dear sister of Helen Seifried of London, and Marian and her husband Bernard Benn of Lucan.  Sister-in-law of Marlene McQuinn of Listowel, Beatrice McQuinn of Niagara Falls and Judy Gordon of Beamsville.  Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her brothers Lorne McQuinn and John McQuinn, her sisters Frances (the late Carson Mills) and Norma (the late Leonard Burke), brothers-in-law Vincent Seifried and Claude Johnson, her nieces Carol Maslen and Susan Bunn, nephew Geofrey Seifried, and her great-niece Alyson Jones, and great-nephew Thomas Bunn.  A mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Mary of the Purification Catholic Church, 230 Queen Street East, Mount Forest on Wednesday, March 21^st at 11:30 a.m., with visitation being held at the church prior to the service from 10:30 – 11:15 a.m.  Cremation to follow.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Cancer Patient Services or Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides would be appreciated by the family.  Arrangements entrusted to the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest.
