Suddenly, on Friday (July 21/2017) morning . Beloved husband to Lisa, father to Avraham Shraga (Jonas and Avital), Chaya Ilana (Emily and Ari) and Jocelyn; Zaida to Menachem Mendel; son to Elizabeth and the late Bill; brother to Rodney, Kimberly and Veronica. Words cannot express how much he will be missed.
Jeff put himself through university working as a framing carpenter and ultimately started his own company. After graduating from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1990, he practiced for a short while and then joined his good friend and partner at Charleston Homes.
Jeff was a pillar and leader of the Guelph Jewish Community, serving on the board of Beth Isaiah Synagogue for the last 15 years. He was also a founder of the Guelph Campus Chabad and a great supporter of the Guelph Jewish student community as well as many other worthwhile charities.
Jeff was a truly amazing person. It is difficult to describe his passion for life and his positive attitude. He had so many ideas and plans. He was warm, affectionate, funny, generous, ambitious and loving. No description can do him justice. He will be missed by a great many people.
