Passed away at South Lake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Tuesday, October 25, 2016. Shirley Leoma McLeod (nee Sarvis) in her 81st year. Loved mother of Sherri McLeod and husband Dan Smith of Alliston and Heather Wing and husband Scott of Sydney, B.C. Loving grandmother to Colton, Travis and Owen Loveridge of Alliston, Aaron McLeod-Smith of Alliston, Seth and Holly Wing of Sydney, B.C. Shirley will be fondly remembered by her brothers Edward Sarvis of Mount Forest and Clarence Sarvis and wife Brenda of Mount Forest. Predeceased by her parents Harold and Viola Sarvis, sister Marie Donaldson and husband Ted, brother Arley Sarvis, great grandson Riley Loveridge and by her sister-in-law Joan Sarvis. Cremation has taken place. A reception and celebration of Shirley’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #134, Mount Forest on Saturday, October 29th from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation or to Cancer Patient Services would be appreciated by the family.
