To Al and family, I met Ruth many years ago when we went to Mary Foster\\'s exercise group at the Mount Forest Baptist Church and then later as a Red Hatter at the Pike Lake Gadabouts and she was always busy doing things for others as well as her family. I just wanted you to know that it was a privilege to know Ruth as she was a special lady and to extend my condolences and prayers to you all during this time. Paula Ghent

Thank you everyone, family, and friends. Mom is finally resting peacefully. Mom's greatest gift was her love of life and people. No matter where she went and she went many, many places, she always met, helped, and made new friends. Her stories about meeting people were always amazing to me. I love you mom very much. I was very blessed to have you as my mother. Rest in peace mom, your loving daughter Carrie
