Vandeweg, Anna; at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Harriston on Wednesday, December 25th, 2013. Anna Cornelia (Budelman) Vandeweg, formerly of Guelph in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Peter Vandeweg. Loved mother of Peter Vandeweg & long-term spouse Mary Ann Morgan of Caledon Village and Dr. Marjan Seywerd & husband Dr. Erwin Seywerd of Manchester, Maine. Loving grandmother of Dr. Marcus Seywerd & Jenny Seywerd of Burnsville, Minnesota, USA, Franz Seywerd of Burnsville, Minnesota, USA, Dr. Katerine Seywerd of Little Rock, Arkansas, USA, Dr. Johannes Seywerd from Manchester, Maine, USA, and loving great grandmother of Connor and Marie Seywerd. Aunt of Dr. Daphne Rappard-Armstrong & husband Bob Armstrong of Mount Forest, Renee Rappard-Nunan of Lanigan, Saskatchewan and Marion Jaeger & husband Tjebbe of Netherlands. Predeceased by an infant son Frank, sister Inez Rappard and brother Hans Budelman. At the request of Anna, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Anna's life will be held at the England Funeral Home on Saturday April 26th, 2014 at 11:00a.m. Memorial donations to Salvation Army would be appreciated by Anna 's family in lieu of flowers. I send this message with profound sincerity, to all of Anna's family. Anna Vandeweg was an active member of our congregation at St James'-Rosemount United Church when she lived in Kitchener. She enjoyed attending worship and she enjoyed being part of our Women's organization, the UCW. I want you to know that Anna is fondly remembered by her friends at St James'-Rosemount. Please accept the sincere sympathy of all of us, especially the Pastoral Care group. Anna was a special and dear soul, and we will remember her, indeed.
