Thompson, Gladys; at Saugeen Valley Nursing Centre, Mount Forest on Friday November 3, 2006. Gladys Hazel (Clayton) Thompson of Mount Forest in her 88th year. Beloved wife of Gordon Francis and the late Jimmy Woods and Goldwyn Thompson. Loved mother of Dianne Jones and husband Barry of Grimsby, David Thompson and Vanna Roopchand of Toronto, Dale Thompson and Mary of Kitchener and Donald Thompson of Orangeville. Loving grandmother of Heather Thompson and Terry McGinnes of Toronto, Lesley & Sean Hartley of Grimsby, Devon Jones of Whistler, B.C., Kelly Thompson of Ayton, Dylan Thompson of Ayton and Jason & Candy Thompson of Kitchener. Great grandmother of Bailey, Benjamin, Chloe, Myranda and Adria. Mother-in-law of Ruth Thompson of Kitchener, Lee Talbot of Ayton and Sharon Thompson of Toronto. Survived also by her many nieces and nephews. Gladys is predeceased by 3 sisters and 4 brothers. Friends may call at the Hendrick Funeral Home, Mount Forest on Monday November 6th from 11:00a.m. until time of the funeral service at 1:00p.m. Private family committal service at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Ethel on Tuesday November 7th. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer?s Society would be appreciated by the family.

Gordon -you have my sympathy as well as the family. I'm going to miss seeing Gladys at the nursing home.
