Condolences

Dear : Tally family, I am a neighbour of Earl and Jewel Tally. I would like to tell you that his service was as beautiful as one truly can be. Your family stood strong and very proud of their Husband, Father and Grandfather as well as great Great Grandfather. He definitely would have been proud ! I will miss Earl driving by my home with his big wave or his salute or even watching the two of them from a distance grooming their yard and flower bed's. I am very honored to have met such a wonderful man. Sincerely, Chantale Blair
