Condolences

It is hard to believe that Olive has been gone for a year. I think about her often. She always loved to see clothes and sheets on my line and I think of her everytime I put some out. I hope you are making out okay Norma. Thinking of you.

The Wheeler family has been deeply saddened by the passing of Olive Stewart who we consider as one of us because of her close association with my sister Norma Gardiner - devoted friend and caregiver. Olive was a special person who always saw the best in others and lived an exemplary life based on Christian principles and fulfilled with kindness and generosity. "In our deepest sorrow there is joy in knowing that we have shared a life" We are truly blessed to have shared the life of Olive Stewart. Norma: The following message was in our announcement bulletin this morning: Olive Stewart died this week. Many here will not remember her, but she was an integral part of this congregation from its beginning. She moved to Mount Forest a number of years ago, but until that time she loved and worked to support this congregation. Olive was one of life's gifts to those of who knew her. Some will be making a contribution in her memory to Saint Paul's. She gave so much of herself to this congregation. Our thoughts are with you at this time. Dorothy and Florence

Dear Norma I always enjoyed Olive's special touch towards our refreshments following bridge days at your home. I'm sure you'll miss her greatly; but are left with so many nice memories. It's been many years since I lived in Mount Forest. When I read the notice in The Star, I wanted you to know I was thinking of you. Ginny Sanderson Tuck
