Condolences

We are saddened by the new that Lily has passed. We share in your grief and send you our love. It seems like only yesterday we met Lily as she came in to check out the new restaurant in town. Since that first visit she came by almost on a daily basis making us feel like we were long time Mount Forest residents. Lily quickly became part of the Four Season’s family, it was always a pleasure to catch up with Lily when she came in dressed to impress with that beautiful red hair and perfect make up. Lily kept us abreast of the ever changing events of the town and the needed support of the local hospital. Even though our family is no longer in Mount Forest Lily has only been a phone call away. Her thoughtfulness and friendship will be missed. With Heartfelt Condolences

Lily loved Christmas! She loved the music, the decorating of the tree, and all that it represents. I cherish the decorations she gave me last Christmas, when I had the pleasure of her presence at our Christmas dinner. Her contagious smile and bubbly personality will always be remembered.

To the family & family of Miss. Lily, 10 years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Lily at my first Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation Board meeting. I always called her Miss Lily for some reason it just seemed right. From her bright red head of hair and lipstick to match to her dazzling array of outfits I quickly learned Miss Lily was a women of many talents, words and a love for her community. As the years went by I got to know and appreciate Miss Lily and her ways. However she sometimes seemed very alone even when surrounded by so many people. After I resigned from the Board a handful of years back Miss Lily & I had a nice lunch together at the Spot. She adored "doing lunch" and chatting up about people & times from her past. I believe even if you didn't know Miss Lily she more than likely knew you. Miss Lily has left many footprints in her dance of life. Keeping dancing Miss Lily to your special beat.
