At Saugeen Valley Nursing Center on Monday April 11, 2016. Arthur James Simpson in his 69th year. Beloved husband of Marian Simpson. Dear father of Patricia Lynn Stone and husband Greg of Harriston and Paul Simpson and wife Lisa of Guelph. Remembered by grandson Owen. Brother to Russell Simpson of Winnipeg and Sharon Matthews of Leamington. Predeceased by his parents and brother-in-law Ray Matthews. Cremation has taken place. Private arrangements entrusted to the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest. Donations to Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation or charity of ones' choice would be appreciated by the family. Oh no, I am so sorry to hear that Art passed away. he was a pretty funny guy. Always so friendly and such a nice guy. My daughter remembers him as the "guy from tv that used to give her dimes" he always told her he was "Art Simpson" but she always heard it as "Bart Simpson"
