Beloved husband of Lorrie (Emery) Schouten. Loved father of Sonia Schouten-Pace & Con Pace of Toronto, Joe Schouten & Dianne of Mount Forest, Jane Schouten & Paul Chisholm of Hamilton, Anthony'Tony' Schouten of Mount Forest and Douglas Schouten & Tracy Roberts of Kitchener. Loving grandfather to his 14 grandchildren. Dear brother of Gerda Windmoller of Barrie, Willie Bader & Pete of Cambridge, Anna Hoogveld & Ted of Augusta, Ontario and Ben Schouten & Josephine of Caledonia. Dear brother-in-law of Joke Schouten, Dini Schouten and Fred Lippens all of Milton. Predeceased by son Gerry Schouten Jr., parents Gerda & Albert Schouten, brothers Chris and Joe Schouten and by sister Edith Lippens. Friends may call at the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00p.m. A Prayer Vigil will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 4:00p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Purification Church, Mount Forest on Wednesday February 26th at 11:00a.m. Cremation to follow.
