Condolences

Dear Rathwell family, We were saddened to hear of Elva's death. We know she is rejoicing, but she left many behind who miss her greatly. What a blessing it was to know Elva this side of Heaven! We were among many she greatly impacted by her untold kindnesses. Her caring gifts of concern, faithful prayer and support throughout our years with New Tribes Mission were sacrifices of love. We thank God for her life and ministry here on earth.

Gram was a little woman of huge strength and determination. While sometimes she was a force to be reckoned with, she was always an open heart. Family and relationships were extremely important to her and I will miss her deeply.

So sorry to hear of Aunt Elva's passing. I have fond memories of her at family gatherings when I was a child. After the meal was all cleaned up she would make the rounds with her "goodie bag". She always had an assortment of trinkets and treats for the children. She demonstrated such a giving heart in so many ways during the course of her life. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Marianne

There is a Heaven to gain & a Hell to shun by being born again. Elva will be happy in her new home. Blessings B

Sorrow may last for a night, but joy come's in the morning...hold strong, and keep walking farther as Grandma has encouraged us all to do. So friends and family we don't cry for Elva but we cry for ourselves, for our loss because we know she's Praising our Saviour and exploring every inch of her new Mansion in the sky. Liz, Bill & Rathwell family, My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. Support one another with past memories, I know I have many happy memories as a child visiting and sleep overs at your Mom & Dad's home, your mom always seemed to find room for one more. Thinking of You Bonnie
