I was deeply saddened to hear of Barry's passing. I had the privilege of working with Barry for a number of years at Goshen Rubber in Mount Forest. I remember Barry's wonderful laugh and sense of humour, his love of antique cars, and his love for his family. Barry was a friendly, compassionate, dedicated, hard working man of integrity, and my life is better having known Barry. Please accept my deepest sympathies.

Dear Lori I am at a total loss of words after reading about your Dad. Please know I am thinking of you so very much. May you feel the Lord's loving arms around you at this difficult time.

— Sheryl Elliston, February 9, 2015

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time and just thinking how we enjoyed his dry humor and his music. He was such a wonderful supporter of our Church/s community dinners with his music. You have much to be proud of and I am sure many wonderful memories. He sure gave his cancer a tremendous fight and his illness with much dignity. He will truly be missed.

To Barry's family - it is wth great sadness that we just learned of Barry's passing. It was a distinct privelege to be able to work with Barry on various committees at the church. His leadership, dedication and approach was an example to all. He will be sorely missed. From our family to yours - our sincerest condolensces Jim and Mary Lou Fairles

— Jim Fairles, February 8, 2015

Uncle Barry, love you very much and will miss all the times you made me laugh, groan or made me feel just warm from your caring and love. I fondly remember the times when you snuck me treats as a child and all the times I had to just smirk and turn/shake my head when you would give my children secret permission to have just one more candy. I am so sincerely glad that they were taught that an Uncles say overpower parents any day! I am so sorry Mom and Aunt Jan for the loss of your brother. Leanne, Lori, and Bev, we love you and your families very much. We are thinking of you and are keeping you in our prayers.
